Deposit Requirement:
To secure our services, a deposit is required. This will be determined based on soft checks, company filing history, and corporation status. We offer flexible options including percentage-based proposals or a full 30-day credit, which must be arranged before work commences.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 7 days in advance, unless a different agreement has been previously established.
Rescheduling Policy:
To reschedule services, clients are required to give written notice a minimum of 7 days in advance. Please note, fees starting from £1500.00 +VAT per team will be charged for any aborted visits.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms will be clearly outlined to the client at the point of order or upon making a deposit.
Completion Timeframe:
An estimated timeframe for the completion of works will be provided to the client upon request.
Liability and Insurance:
Our comprehensive insurance documentation is available to clients upon request.
Dispute Resolution:
At S&R Flooring Ltd, we are committed to resolving any disputes through mediation before considering legal proceedings.
Force Majeure:
We acknowledge that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as delivery delays, adverse weather conditions, or other situations beyond S&R Flooring Ltd's control.
Quality of Work Guarantee:
All services come with a minimum 52-week standard application guarantee. The product warranty varies and is subject to the specific product and project. Clients are encouraged to request this information in writing before work begins.
Amendments to the Agreement: Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
