Substrate Moisture Testing - To ensure Relative Humidity (R.H) within screed & concretes are at suitable levels to allow floor finishes to be applied or to advise on when to change the system to that which suits higher R.H results.
Pendulum Testing / Slip Testing - To ensure floor finishes have or are achieving the correct pendulum test value's (PTV) in both wet & dry conditions. We carry out 10 tests to conduct an average value per item to give the best result possible.
Disto Laser Measurements - To ensure when surveying projects for areas and distances in M2 & LM that when CAD drawings are not provided nor attainable that we are gathering the most correct and precise information to help give our clients our most competitive and economical estimates.
Drop Hammer Testing / BRE Screed Testing - To ensure screeds have been laid to the correct consumption, by both bonded an unbounded screed Testing we can see if aspects of screeds such as but not limited to he ratio of cement to sand or water to binder is incorrect. Thus resulting in a FAILED test result.
Aerial Drone Surveys (ADS) - To collect 4K Quality Assurance videography of small, medium and large projects of before, during and after results Subject to project. Whilst capturing high quality aerial images to be marked up and measured to.
Core Drilling / Core Sample Investigation – Conduct a core drill sample investigation to review builders membrane’s below concrete sub-bases to confirm if a membrane exists in a section of a building or to confirm water content attendance and/or membranes being present or absent.
